Who is the HUSL app designed for?
The HUSL app is designed for all hair professionals – salon owners, freelancers, rent-a-chair stylists, mobile hairdressers, HMUAs, beauticians, and barbers.
Everyone can use it to buy wholesale (no min spend) and dropship retail to clients (and earn commission on every sale).
And for independent business owners, the appointment booking system is your all-in-one digital assistant. It’s a single-column setup, made for solo operators, but with all the bells and whistles of a paid system, including double bookings, processing time slots, and optional SMS reminders you can switch on anytime.
It’s like having a front desk, stockroom, and retail assistant all in your pocket.
What if I only see a few clients per week? Can I still use the HUSL app?
Definitely! HUSL works for every hairdresser, whether you have one client or ten.
It helps you manage bookings, sell retail through dropshipping, and order wholesale with no minimum spend, so you can grow your income at your own pace.

Yes, the HUSL app is available nationwide across Australia.

Is there a cost to join HUSL?
Nope, joining HUSL is free.
Just download the app from the App Store or Google Play, and during the app’s onboarding questions, share at least one of your work socials so we can verify you’re a professional.
Once verified, you’ll unlock access to 3500+ professional hair, skin, and MUP products you can dropship (and earn commission) or buy wholesale (no min spend).
The only optional cost is if you choose to enable SMS appointment reminders, which are $0.09 per SMS – this simply covers the fee charged by the phone service provider.
Do I have to sign a contract to join HUSL?
Nope – no contracts, no lock-ins. You’re in control of how and when you use HUSL. Use it as little or as much as you like, with the freedom to stop anytime.
Do I need to provide an ABN to use the HUSL app?
Yes, you’ll need to provide an ABN to access wholesale pricing and earn commission through dropshipping.
Think of it like your business license at the door. It confirms you’re a legit professional, so we can give you access to trade-only perks.
It’s also required so we can legally pay out your commissions, just like any other business income. No ABN, no commission payouts.
Where can I find tutorials on how to use the HUSL app?
Just like learning a new colour technique, we’ve got step-by-step guides ready for you!
From the home screen, tap the bottom right UP arrow, then tap GET HELP, and hit HELP next to the book icon.
You’ll find quick tutorials, videos, and answers 24/7, so you’re never stuck at the basin.
You can also tap EDUCATION in-app to visit our HUSL_app YouTube channel, packed with helpful app tutorials, partner brand education, and business webinar replays to help you grow.
How do I contact support through the HUSL app?
From the Home screen, tap the bottom-right UP arrow, then tap ‘GET HELP’. This opens an in-app chat directly with us!
We prioritise GET HELP in-app chats because they’re properly logged in our system, meaning faster support, better tracking, and the ability to send you tailored step-by-step guides (including videos) to sort things out quickly as we can.

Where do I find my unique links in the HUSL app to dropship products? And how do I share these?
From the Home screen, tap ‘Drop-ship Products’ to create a customised product link for a single item or even a full home care package.
Want to share your full online shop? Just tap ‘Share my eStore’ on the Home screen and copy your unique shop link.
You can share these links anywhere – in your Instagram bio, as a Link Sticker in Stories, in a blog, or even under a “Buy Now” button on your website.
